Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

You've got questions, and I've got answers. Let's get right to it, shall we?

I need a voiceover urgently! Is that okay?

In a rush? No problem. I pride myself on being able to work pretty much every day of the year (minus public holidays and other time that I may take off to have with family, etc). Simply get in touch and see what I can do for you, I'm sure we can work something out!

What's your re-recording policy?

I pride myself on the quality of my work, so if what you've received isn't completely perfect, I will re-record it as many times as you need, no questions asked, and at no additional charge*.

What are your rates?

I provide competitive, tailored quotes that are designed especially for you. They're based on the current market, so you can be sure that you're getting a great deal. If you already know what you want to pay, that's also fine. On the contact page, there's an option to define the amount you're willing to spend on the job you're submitting, I review all submissions personally and will get back to you as soon as possible.

Are there any hidden or extra charges?

I hate hidden and extra charges, and I would hate to put my clients through that ordeal. That's why when we agree on a price, that's the only price you'll be paying for that job**.

I've changed my mind about using VennVoices after we've agreed on a job, what are my options?

First of all, I hope that this never happens. But if you ever find yourself in the situation where you change your mind, or the work you've received isn't what you're after. I'd be more than happy to provide you with a refund*** for the work you've paid for. In addition to that, as a goodwill gesture, I would be happy to provide you with a discount towards your next job as a way of saying 'Thank you' for choosing VennVoices.

*The VennVoices re-recording policy aims to completely satisfy each individual client by re-recording parts of a commission in the event of the client wanting it sounding a certain way or wanting it delivered differently. Changes to the scope of the project (script, length, content, etc) are not covered by the re-recording policy, and must either be re-evaluated either as a new quote or amending an existing quote.
**Should the scope of your project change past what would be deemed acceptable for the formerly agreed price. I reserve the right to update your quotation and fee accordingly. You would always be informed if this was the case.
***Depending on the size of the project and the amount of work already completed you may only be entitled to a partial refund to account for equipment usage and the time taken to record your files.
